 Do I have to indicate the number of all travelers when booking?

It is necessary to indicate the number of adults as well as the number of children (including babies) who will be present during the stay. Likewise, people coming temporarily during the stay must also be indicated. This allows us to guarantee you maximum comfort in your accommodation.

 

 What is the arrival and departure time?

Check-in (arrival in the apartment) is possible from 3 p.m. (4 p.m. for L'ostal du Lac) and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 11 a.m.


 

 

How is the arrival?

For your comfort, we have set up a key box or a connected lock allowing you to enter the apartment independently (Check-in in person possible by reservation). No need to make an appointment, no stress of being late. You arrive whenever you want from 3 p.m. Detailed instructions will be sent to you by email when you book. It is important to take a minute to read them to ensure you have a smooth and easy arrival.

Yes, a confirmation email with a link to a rental contract will be sent to you when you book. You will need to sign it online and you will receive a copy in your email inbox.

Are animals allowed?

Only a cat or a small dog is accepted in the apartment for the stay. A supplement of 5€/per animal/night applies. We do not provide a basket or bowl.

 Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. We must be categorical on this point. If the apartment smells of cigarettes after you leave, we will be forced to close the apartment for several nights because we refuse to rent an apartment that smells of cigarettes. In this sense, the entire deposit will be retained. We provide an ashtray for smoking outside if necessary, but it is your responsibility to pay attention to the smell inside the accommodation.
